Wednesday 29th March

From 1500 - Check in at hotel 

1700-1845 - Registration in hotel Reception

From 1800 - Meet fellow delegates in Red Bar on first floor

1900 - Dinner in Kings Suite on first floor

2030 - After-dinner speaker - David Brown, CEO Go-Ahead Group

2115 - Relax at leisure. Red Bar outside Kings Suite open until 2200, then White Bar on ground floor 

Thursday 30th March

From 0630 - Breakfast in hotel restaurant on ground floor
                      Check out and bring bags and cases to the Kings Suite on the first floor

0845 - Conference Welcome from YBMN Patrons Roger French and James Freeman

0900 - Keynote Speaker: Giles Fearnley, MD at First UK Bus

0945 - Tea and Coffee Break in Red Bar

1000 - Jane Cole, MD at Blackpool Transport

1040 - Matt Goggins, Head of Bus at Merseytravel

1120 - Get coats and collect packed lunches from Red Bar
           Walk to the Mersey Ferries terminal at the Pier Head
           Bags can be left in the conference room

1200 - Ferry departs for Seacombe
           Eat packed lunch onboard

1220 - Arriva and Stagecoach buses will meet delegates at Seacombe for the return journey to the hotel

1245 - Arrival back at hotel
           Tea and coffee available in Red Bar

1300 - Alex Hornby, CEO at Transdev Blazefield

1400 - Chris Cheek's Bus Numbers

1420 - Roger's Wrap and announcement of additional seminars

By 1500 - End of Conference
                 Departure refreshments in Red Bar
